ClearUTXO is a Bitcoin UTXO (Unspent Transaction Output) analysis platform that provides:

• Technical analysis of Bitcoin address spendability
• UTXO enumeration and classification
• Deterministic scoring based on blockchain data
• Transaction simulation (for eligible plans)
• REST API access for programmatic integration

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Plans and Pricing

We offer Free, Pro, and Enterprise subscription plans. Pricing is displayed on our website and may change with 30 days notice for existing subscribers.

4.2 Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payment is processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe)
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes

4.3 Refunds

5. Acceptable Use

You acknowledge that Bitcoin blockchain data is publicly available and that analyzing an address does not create any privacy expectation regarding that blockchain data.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Analysis results are based on publicly available blockchain data and deterministic algorithms. We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party data sources or the suitability of results for any specific purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gliese and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Extended inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Governing Law
